SPOTLIGHT ON ACHIEVEMENT

Helping Us Help Our Students in Need

Under the direction of Steve Franklin, Coordinator of the Student Basic Needs Center, JCCC has established an equipment loan program to aid students who need laptops and/or hotspots to complete their coursework. To qualify, a student must be enrolled in at least one credit course and have no holds blocking registration.

Steve also sees that the Student Basic Needs Center provides information and resources for JCCC students. The Center is located in COM 319 and is home to the Cav Cupboard, the Career Closet, and Housing Assistance. Refer students in need to Steve Franklin at ext. 4718 or Pam Vassar, Assistant Dean, Student Life at ext. 3409
