SPOTLIGHT ON ACHIEVEMENT
2020 Outstanding Honors Course Award - Professor Michael Carriger is the recipient of the 2020 Outstanding Honors Course award. This award recognizes honors courses that students have found inspiring and whose instructors’ teaching was particularly effective. Nominations for this award are entirely student-based. Students declared Carriger’s Honors Composition II course to be “inspiring good writing,” and bringing “insight to daily life” as well as “an excellent transition to online due to current events.”
