SPOTLIGHT ON ACHIEVEMENT
The Great Books Mini-Lecture Series is a set of short talks designed to introduce you to watershed texts that have changed readers’ views of the world.
These three works will pique your literary interests. Virtually join our presenters:
- Science professor Deborah Williams will speak Wednesday, Feb. 3, at noon about "Consilience: The Unity of Knowledge” by Edward Wilson.
- Marilyn Senter, Professor of English, will speak Wednesday, Mar. 3, at noon about "Anansi Boys” by Neil Gaiman.
- Andrea Broomfield, Professor of English, will speak Wednesday, Apr. 7, at noon about “Waiting for Godot” by Samuel Beckett.
